FRAME was a large-scale, collaborative research project funded under the EU’s Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). It was coordinated by the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies and conducted by 19 research institutes from around the world. Our research focused on the contribution of the EU’s internal and external policies to the promotion of human rights worldwide.
